The Master Developer Team of Devonshire Group brings to the Village at Orchard Downs, a unique and highly qualified team of firms and individuals.  Eight of the partners involved in the project are affiliated with Devonshire Group.  As affiliates, they have worked on many projects in a unified manner for the last ten years.  There are management processes in place which guide and control the everyday project activities of the Devonshire Group.  These same management processes would be implemented with the University to ensure efficient and accountable communication and project management in all phases of development and technical services.
